The rascal has a speed of 4 mph and is a mid wheel drive. Comfort is also important so it has full suspension and 10″ tyres which are puncture proof to make your journeys comfortable. the P327  has a maximum user weight of 21 stone and a impressive radius of 20 miles from a single charge.
