Van Os Excel Airide Compact Powerchair
The Excel Airide Compact has a compact frame and short wheelbase. Offering excellent stability, the chair is probably one of the best value for money indoor-outdoor powerchairs on the market today. Manufactured using a rigid frame, you will soon realise why the Airide Compact is a very popular chair. The seat depth is adjustable and the backrest is adjustable in four different positions for ultimate comfort. Armrests are also adjustable for width and height, to enable you to sit in the most comfortable position possible. The joystick can also swing away to allow you to sit close to a table. In the standard form, the Airide Compact can be supplied either front or rear wheel drive.
Great Maneuverability
The Excel Airide Compact has a tight turning circle making it great for maneuverability, this allows you to easily get around tight spaces such as narrow aisles, corridors, and busy streets with ease. The back rest is fold able meaning is easy to transport and put in the boot of a car. The arm rest are width, height and depth adjustable as well as being removable. The Airide Compact offers a swingaway foot rest as well as a swingaway joystick that can either go on the left or right hand side to suit the needs of every user. the Compact seat is a comfortable seat that the back positions to four differnt angles to find your perfect position The display is easy to read and has anti puncture tyres to keep you safe on your journeys The Compact has a top speed of 4mph weight capacity of 25 stone and a radius of 17 miles from a single charge.
